Doug Wilson

has been a member of the International Union of Painters and International Brotherhood of Painters for over 30 years. He has enjoyed teaching students about residential and commercial and industrial painting. Doug started his career at the Swan Island Shipyard in Portland, Ore. Doug also worked for Thompson Metal Fab, Inc., where they helped build bridges, dams, oil rigs and everything else related to heavy industrial work.

has served as Union Cement Masonry instructor at Curlew Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center for nearly a decade. He has been a union cement mason with the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association for over 22 years. When he isn’t working, Shaun enjoys fishing, golfing, riding, working around his house, and being near his family and friends.

Dan Dobson - Carpentry - Curlew Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center

Dan Dobson

is a nearly 40-year United Brotherhood of the Carpenter member, a Carpentry instructor at Curlew Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, and certified instructor in OSHA 10, forklift, scaffold construction, first aid and OSHA disaster. When he isn’t working, Dan enjoys boating, camping, motor sports, water sports and snorkeling.

Bill Norwill - Carpentry - Curlew Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center

Bill Norwill

is a 34-year United Brotherhood of the Carpenter member, lead Carpentry instructor at Curlew Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, and certified instructor in OSHA 10, forklift, scaffold construction, first aid and OSHA disaster. He has enjoyed helping students learn carpentry and other professional skills to help them reach their full potential upon completion of the program. 

Jason Flannery - Building Construction Technology, Pre-Apprentice - Blackwell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center

Jason Flannery

is a Construction Craft Laborer instructor at Blackwell Job Corps Center. He was in the construction field for 18 years and an instructor for the Construction Craft Laborers program at Blackwell Job Corps for the last 15 years. Jason’s knowledge in the field has provided him with the experience needed to teach and mentor students into successful careers in their chosen fields.

Charlie Schuett - Cement Masonry - Blackwell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center

Charlie Schuett

works as a Cement Masonry instructor at Blackwell Job Corps Center and Bricklaying instructor with the International Masonry Institute. He has built everything from fireplaces to hospitals and is very passionate about the trade. He enjoys helping students explore great career paths within one of the oldest trades in society. Charlie believes masonry is a journey through the legacy of a trade that is responsible for the creation of most of the wonders of the world.
