Chase not only teaches students the pharmacy skills they need, but also helps them represent themselves in the job market.

has over a decade of experience in the transportation industry and previously worked as a Commercial Driver’s License administrator for the state of Kentucky. Lyndie finds her job as Driving instructor at Whitney M. Young Jr. Job Corps rewarding because she gets to see students’ joy when they have a breakthrough.

, High School Diploma coordinator, has nearly 30 years of combined teaching experience. She is a great fit to help students build themselves up and find purpose and drive toward success.

has always enjoyed helping students push past their struggles, and her work at Whitney M. Young Jr. Job Corps Center is no exception. As a Math instructor, Anita appreciates that students have chosen to be here and are excited to learn.

has spent a lifetime in the kitchen. Ashley loves cooking, helping people and teaching at Whitney M. Young Job Corps Center has given her a unique opportunity to do both. As the Culinary Arts instructor, Ashley loves how everyone at Job Corps is invested in students’ success and watching their excitement when they make something delicious.

has over 40 years of experience in carpentry and construction. He has worked as a Carpentry instructor for Whitney M. Young Jr. Job Corps Center for over 20 years. He is dedicated to helping students build a “rock-solid” foundation for successful careers.

As Reading instructor, Emily Carson enjoys the chance to help students along on their educational journeys and to watch them grow in the process. She previously taught high school and earned degrees in family and consumer science, and K-12 education, as well as a minor in English education at Western Michigan University.

is the TABE Reading instructor at Whitney M. Young Job Corps and brings with him a wealth of experience. Jeffery was a college mathematics professor for over 20 years and enjoys the opportunity to work with young adults.
