She started at Job Corps as a part-time counselor, then became a full-time Academics instructor, where she taught computer technology and GED writing. He earned a combination welding degree from Tennessee College of Applied Technologies and gained experience through various welding jobs, including building nuclear waste containers for several years. Matthew always strives to help students and provide them with the resources needed for success.
