Allen’s favorite part about being a teacher at Job Corps is helping students set themselves on a better path.

is a Bricklaying instructor at Cleveland Job Corps Center and the International Masonry Institute. He brings 23 years of masonry experience, with 16 of those years served as a foreman, providing him with valuable hands-on skills and knowledge to pass along to students.

is a Computer Numerical Control Machining instructor at Cleveland Job Corps Center. He has an extensive professional background in manufacturing, machining and more, as well as 20 years of leadership and management experience through his service in the United States Marine Corps.

He brings more than 30 years of experience, from serving in the United States Navy as a Seabee, to working as a property maintenance technician and supervisor for companies of various sizes. Michael has 17 years of experience as a vocational teacher and is passionate about teaching students valuable career skills.

Prior to joining the team, she earned an education in nursing and education, and specializes in community health nursing, long-term care and intravenous infusion. She brings with her 16 years of nursing experience and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her students.
